Our apps offer optional in-app purchases
All purchases are processed through Google Play
Purchases are non-refundable (except as required by law)
Parents/guardians are responsible for purchases made by children

3. Advertisements

Free versions of our apps display advertisements provided by Google AdMob. Premium users may have an ad-free experience.

4. Intellectual Property

All content in our apps (images, sounds, text, design) is owned by Quantum7 Labs or used with appropriate licenses. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content.

5. Children's Use

ABC Kids Learning is designed for children aged 2-6. We recommend parental supervision during use, especially for in-app purchases.

6. Disclaimer

Our apps are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

7. Limitation of Liability

Quantum7 Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our apps.

8. Changes

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our apps constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
